About Me
I am Hanyang, a recent Master of Business analytics graduates from University of Rochester.
I conduct analytics by identifying core business questions, transforming questions into data analytics objectives and KPIs, and generating results and visualizations that are easy to understand for different stakeholders. I understand the power of identifying anomalies for business by analyzing large-scale data and wish to continuously learn in an always-changing world.
I am now seeking job opportunities in the analytics field and hopes to contribute with his creativity and critical vision.
Key Skills
Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL)
I extract, transform, and load data with SQL, Python, PySpark, Amazon S3, and HDFS. I turn data from different sources in different formats analytics-ready.
Analytics and Modeling
I build causual and predictive analytics in R and Python. I have experience in using multivariate regression, logistic regression, and K-means Clustering. I also build machine learning model including PCA and text analytics using scikit-learn in Python.
Visualization
I tell the data story by building visualization and dashboard in Tableau, Power BI, and Python Matplotlib. I create interactive contents that appeals to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
